Contact inquiries

We receive your name or business name, contact details, project type, optional website URL and message to answer your inquiry and prepare a quotation. Depending on the inquiry, the legal basis may be pre-contractual steps requested by you (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) or legitimate interests in answering business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). For ordinary business inquiries, our legitimate interest is to answer the request and prepare a quotation; where you request steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) may apply.

Retention and recipients

Our contact form sends inquiries by email. New inquiries are not stored in a separate inquiry file by the current website code. Web hosting and email services are provided by Websupport. Inquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the last communication, unless a separate legal obligation or justified reason requires longer retention. Records relating to actual client projects or contracts are handled separately under applicable legal requirements. Authorized company personnel can access business inquiry emails. Technical anti-spam data, including IP-derived rate-limit information, may also be processed. Older website versions may have stored inquiries in a separate file, which must be reviewed on the server.

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and request portability where applicable. Email us at leumassi@leumassi.sk. You may complain to the Slovak Data Protection Authority.

Cookies and third-party services

The website stores a browser-level preference so that your choice is remembered. Google Maps content is loaded only after you allow optional external content. You can change the choice through the Cookies settings control on the website.
